Raging Grannies at Viroqua Farmer's Market

This Farmer's Market Saturday will be brightened up by the Raging Grannies out of Madison WI.  They travel her on a mission of health care coverage for all and celebration of the National Health Care Day of Service that is sponsored nationally by the Organizing for America group.  The Grannies should be landing at the market around 10 am and provide some entertaining songs to inspire and educate.  Below is a performance on the peace issue by the Madison Chapter of the Raging Grannies.

Congressman Kind is hosting a town hall meeting on July 1st at the La Crosse Public Library, 800 Main st., from 9:30 am to 11am.  According to the La Crosse Tribune, "The panel will include a hospital administrator, physician, small business owner and laborer and will focus on how health care reforms would affect businesses and families in Western Wisconsin.
