It was a thoughtful evening, and many were concerned about land use issues.  The candidates offer different strengths.  Harvey Kirking has been working with comprehensive planning for the past two years and comes from a long view of the town having lived here for so many years.  Phil Hewett offered his experience in the Highway Department as a plus for the Town as they encounter highway issues and equipment.  He also has been an active union member and leader.

Most important is to remember to vote.  We have a Supreme Court contest and Superintendent of the State School system at play too.  Every vote counts...remember they are still counting the Senate ballots in Minnesota.
