Ryan Schryver of Clean_Wisconsin, a non-partisan environmental  organization, will first provide an overview of global warming, and then zero in on the effect that it is having on Wisconsin's environment, culture and economy. Ryan has been trained by several of the nation's leading climatologists and global warming experts to lead discussions on the topic of climate change.

In addition to his work for Clean Wisconsin, Ryan serves on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Interfaith Climate and Energy Campaign (WICEC), which seeks to educate congregations about global warming. His presentation will address why many consider global warming to be one of the most vital  moral issues of our time. This is an ecumenical event supported by Good Shepherd Lutheran, St. Mary's and United Methodist Churches in Viroqua. Refreshments will be served. They are sponsored by the three participating churches, Organic Valley Family of Farms and the Viroqua Food Coop. Please join us and learn how our lives and those of others around the world will be affected and what we can do about it. All are welcome!
