The Spirit_In_Action interview with the head of ProNica (Quaker aid organization to Nicaragua) is worth a click.  If you don't have an hour to spend listening online, below is a 6 minute clip where she talks about her experience as a "mature" Peace Corp volunteer.  She is a very interesting activist interviewed by Mark Helpsmeet who is a terrific listening interviewer.
