Time for a local Craig's list?

If you live in Madison or Eau Claire there is an on line local service called Craigslist.  The Madison version is at this_location and it is a good resource for community cooperation--ride sharing, buying/selling.  The SW region of Wisconsin does have a local bulletin board run by MWT   that can be helpful, but also a bit of a free-for-all.  Would a Kickapoo Craigslist be different?  Could it be sustained with the numbers on line in this region?

Perhaps a greater LaCrosse Craigs list would do the trick. I'll make some contacts there and see if there is interest.  

Ride sharing and employment opportunities would be quite useful since gas prices seem steady at $3.
